All at Alizeeuk would like to give both of them warm congratulations.29th October 2008Tonight in Mexico, Alizée won a "Lunas del Auditorio" Award for being the best foreign pop act to hold a concer within Mexico. At the awards, sporting a new hairstyle she sang Mademoiselle Juliette.14th October 2008Sad news has occurred in the last week. Her concert due to be held at the Grand Rex in Paris on the 23rd of October has been postponed. The new concert date is set for 23rd of March. If you cannot make the new concert date you can return your tickets and you should have recieved an email from the place where you purchased the tickets. The official reason for the cancellation of the concert is that Alizée is to travel to Mexico to collect an award. However there is much speculation on fan sites that this is not the only reason, but as of yet Alizée and her new management team have been silent.10th September 2008News has reached us, that Alizée is to leave the record label RCA. She will remain at Sony, most likely under Jive Epic. In addition she received a gold disc in recognition of the success of the Mexican version of Psychédélices. 21st June 2008Alizée is currently half way through the Mexican leg of her Psychédélices tour. She has performed in Mexico City and Guadalajara and will perform in Puebla tonight, before finishing with a concert at Monterrey on the 25th. The concerts have been a success so far as Alizée mania continues to grip Mexico.13th June 2008There are a trilogy of Fifty sixty music videos released and these are shown on the newly released psychedeclips.comThere is a Mexican version of Psychédélices to be released on the 25th of June and will include several fifty/sixty remixes plus the La isla bonita 2008 version. It would also seem that the video for "Fifty-Sixty" is just around the corner, with rumours that it will officially be out in a couple of weeks time. 9th April 2008On the 5th Alizée appeared on the French television show "Génération Disco" and performs "Hung up", a hit song from Madonna. Her performance can be seen below.There are several other news items that have come to light. RCA have confirmed that the video for Alizée's next single (50/60) will be released soon, and there will be three different versions. RCA also confirmed that Alizée will perform in Paris on the 23rd of October 2008 at the Grand Rex. Further concerts in France, Latin America, Switzerland and Belgium will be announced in the near future 1st April 2008After weeks of speculation, it has been confirmed. Alizée will be doing a concert in Russia. Her first concert since the French tour in 2003/4. She will be performing at the Operetta theater in Moscow on the 18th of May.18th March 2008On Saturday the 15th of March Alizée appeared on the French Television show "Generation CloClo" performing a rendition of the song "Love is all" originally by Roger Glover. The performance and a short interview can be seen below.6th March 2008Alizée continues her promotional tour in Mexico. She does several television appearances and she appears in several magazine articles. Unfortunately the planned signing in Mexico had to be cancelled. It has been said that more then 3,000 people were queuing up waiting for her, but they were not prepared for such large numbers, and could not safely control the crowd. This weekend Alizée arrived in Mexico and yesterday she did a press conference promoting her arrival and her new album. A picture of her at the conference can be seen on the right. Today promotion continues and she does a short interview on the Mexican radio station "Mix 106.5"
28th February 2008On the 24th of February Alizée appeared on the French television show "Vivement Dimanche Prochain". Her appearance on the show can be seen below.In the video, Alizée states that she will be doing some concerts in foreign countries starting in April, before doing a French tour in September. She specifically mentions about doing a concert in Moscow on the 18th of May. Mexico Alizée will be in Mexico at the start of March promoting. There she will be appearing on radio as well as doing an autograph session in Mexico City. 21st February 2008
Alizée participates alongside other stars in the M6 concert on February the 15th. This was held in Aix En Provence, just a short distance from Marseilles. She sang 2 of her songs, Moi Lolita and fifty-sixty (her next single) A poster which advertised the concert can be shown on the right. In addition Alizée will also be taking part the charity concert for Fight Aids Monaco held by Princess Stephanie. The concert will be held on the 3rd of March. 2nd February 2008Alizée appears on the French music show Hit Machine, and performs her latest single Mademoiselle Juliette.23rd-28th January 2008 Alizée is appearing at the charity concerts Les Enfoirés 2008 at Strasbourg. She has a significant part to play in the concerts and is involved in singer several songs including "Relax, take it easy" originally sung by Mika. There will be a DVD and CD of the concerts released on the 29th of February where you will be able to see and hear Alizée perform.Don't forget Alizée also performed on this years Les Enfoirés single "L'amitié" (the friendship). 21st January 2008
Maxi CD version and vinyl versions of Mademoiselle Juliette are released on sale. Both versions include a large number of remixes. However the plain single version of Mademoiselle Juliette is withdrawn by RCA.14th January 2008RCA confirm on their site that the next single to be released by Alizée will be fifty-sixty. It is also noted by RCA that the winner of the recent poll asking fans of their opinion of what should be the next single was fifty-sixty.11th January 2008In a statement on their site RCA inform us that Alizée is to tour Latin America in March, whilst a tour in France should take place at the end of the year.10th January 2008Alizée appears on the French television show La Methode Cauet to do a cute interview.9th January 2008Alizée takes part in the "W9 Live" concert in Strasbourg.
